Walking on the stars

After the wedding the next day we travelled to Hollywood. Honestly Hollywood isn't the prettiest place on earth but at least it's iconic and worth of photographing. After that we drove to the beach of Long Beach.

Not my city

Next day we left Long Beach and drove to Las Vegas. Yes, Las Vegas. It sounds amazing but well... I think it's pretty cool that I can say I have visited in Las Vegas but I would never ever go there again. Just too much casinos and fake things for me. And too hot! 

Cirque du Soleil and Titanic in the pyramid

We spend three nights in Las Vegas and despite I didn't like the city there was Cirque Soleil's show almost every night. And I love Cirque du Soleil. The show was amazing and funny and we enjoyed it. Next day I visited in Titanic museum - which was in pyramid. Yes in real pyramid. Titanic museum was in pyramid in Las Vegas in USA. Makes much sense I know. But well the museum was very good and there was actually a piece of real Titanic. Amazing!

But I keep cruising - California part 1

Hi everyone! I have been traveling a lot this summer and I made two big trips: first in California and then to Scotland. I love, love traveling and almost once I had come from Scotland, I started to plan my next trip. I would love to travel to Austria or Denmark or maybe Southern England. Oh, and Amsterdam would be great too! And, and Germany! I wanna see Neuschwanstein Castle. So basically I really hate staying home too long. I think Finland is okay in summer but I wanna see more! 

But now at least three or four next post will be from our California trip. We were there almost two weeks there so there is so much to tell you!

Michael Kors Handbag

We arrived in the evening so we went to bed straight away. Next day we travelled to big Outlet mall (I can't remember the name). I bought Michael Kors handbag (!!!). It's so awesome and cost less than a half of its price. 

I met Marilyn Monroe

Next day we travelled to Universal Studios. It wasn't exactly as good as I expected (I'm not so into amusement parks) but movie sets were amazing and the show "Water War" war incredible. And of course I did meet Marilyn Monroe there. 

Thinking out loud

Oh, this was the day why we travelled to California in the first place. My dear "big sister" got married. I am so happy for her! And she looked so beautiful. Her husband's family is from Mexico so her nieces performed Mexican folk dance. My father is a professor of Finnish folk music so me and my family performed Finnish folk dance. And that cake was best cake I have ever eaten.
